SRG oversees the sale and rental of over $2 billion dollars of real estate and 1,000s of rental units in NYC. Our principals have over 30 years of combined experience in the industry. SRG has worked in all areas of residential real estate. Our sister company, Siderow Commercial Group, has extensive experience in all aspects of office leasing, retail leasing and investment sales. SCG is able to assist companies with all of their commercial requirements.

Both SRG and SCG are part of The Siderow Organization which was founded in 2008 with the primary focus of delivering value added results to clients who often found themselves on both sides of the spectrum of commercial and residential real estate. Bradford Siderow

Founder and CEO

Brad is the Founder and CEO of The Siderow Organization, Siderow Commercial Group & Siderow Residential Group.

Brad founded TSO in 2008 after working 8 years at Murray Hill Properties as a leading commercial salesperson. Though he achieved great success at Murray Hill and was voted Top Broker of the firm for many years, Brad decided to start his own business to fulfill his entrepreneurial spirit and allow his creativity to flourish. Brad’s years of experience in the commercial real estate market coupled with his unique vision to find a solution before a problem exists has proven to be beneficial for his clients, whether they are acquiring a building, opening a restaurant or day spa, opening a retail location or showroom, expanding office space and more.

Brad’s knowledge and work ethic has also allowed him to successfully venture into the residential real estate market. He currently leads a team of agents that exclusively represents over 4,000 rental units in NYC & Westchester. Brad’s awareness of market and economic conditions combined with his attention to client needs and concerns have led to newsworthy deals for clients big and small. His passion for success reaches beyond personal gain, but also depends on the satisfaction of his clients.


Joshua Arcus


Joshua is President of The Siderow Organization, Siderow Residential Group & Siderow Commercial Group.

Joshua Arcus distinguishes himself from his competitors by his level of professionalism. Most importantly, he listens to what his clients have to say and thrives on helping them fulfill their needs. Joshua has been with TSO since 2008 and has been instrumental in the firm’s growth and development. He has helped build a team of competent and energetic agents who exclusively represent thousands of units across the NYC and Westchester area.

Joshua helped establish Siderow Residential Group (“SRG”) and Siderow Commercial Group (“SCG”) to better service TSO’s growing client base and manage the brand as well. In addition to overseeing the residential portfolio, Joshua has been able to strategically execute the company’s mission to build a premier, full service residential, commercial and retail real estate brokerage firm that is committed to providing the highest level of value added services to all its clients. By marrying traditional marketing tools with new media, Joshua and his team deliver the most up-to-date tools for getting results in today’s competitive real estate market.
